We had an amazing time in Panorama Dive Resort! The deluxe bungalow with sea view is lovely furnished in Bali style and is a great place for relaxation. During the day, there were some hours without electricity/Wifi, which we found not bad at all as it just supported our relaxation (in the hammock with a book 😉 ). We did our open water divers license with Sven, the Geman-, English-, Indonesian-Speaking dive instructor, who is the best instructor I could imagine. He explained and trained professionally, calmly and comprehensively with great dedication to the environment and its preservation. So, there was no minute for me of being uncomfortable under water – thank you, Sven! The underwater world around Bunaken is magnificient – even during snorkeling but especially when diving, there are so many fishes, corals, anemones, turtles etc to discover – all species from the Nemo movie and even more. The entire team of the diving center and the resort is super friendly, helpful, professional and always ready for a bit of fun. The food was traditional, fresh, a lot and super delicious! A lot of fresh fish, fruits and vegetables, rice and different spices. After having passed the divers' exam we rewarded ourselves with a massage at the resort as a crowning end – AWESOME!
